• Minimum spend: Applies to eligible items only (excludes restricted products)
• One voucher per transaction - Cannot combine multiple vouchers
• Cannot be used with other promotions - Choose voucher OR promotion
• Valid for single receipt only - Cannot split into multiple transactions
• Must present before payment - Voucher cannot be applied after checkout
• Expired vouchers not accepted - Check expiry date before visit
• No cash value - Voucher has no monetary value if not used
• Non-transferable - For registered customer use only
• Subject to verification - Staff may request phone number verification

• Step 2: Ensure basket total ≥ minimum spend (excluding restricted items)
• Step 3: Show voucher code to cashier BEFORE payment
• Step 4: Staff will verify and apply discount
• Step 5: Pay reduced amount
