Voucher Terms and Conditions

Your verified voucher is authoritative. Its discount, minimum eligible subtotal, expiry date and any product exclusions are checked against Q10's server at redemption. Values copied into a URL, screenshot or message do not override that record.
Using a voucher
- Present the verified voucher before payment at Q10 Pharmacy Riam.
- The eligible basket subtotal, after any excluded items are removed, must meet the minimum shown on the voucher.
- Staff will enter that eligible subtotal and confirm the displayed exclusions before completing redemption.
- A voucher is valid for one successful redemption and must be used on or before its displayed expiry date.
- One voucher may be used per transaction. It has no cash value and no unused balance is returned.
Product exclusions
Exclusions differ by voucher. If the verified voucher shows no exclusions, no voucher-specific product exclusion is recorded. Normal legal and dispensing requirements still apply.
Birthday reward: RM10 off when the eligible subtotal is at least RM100. Diapers and milk powder are excluded and must not be counted toward that RM100 subtotal.
Eligibility and verification
- Offers may be limited by customer, phone number, campaign, outlet or voucher type.
- Q10 may refuse or void vouchers that are expired, already used, duplicated, altered, obtained through abuse or inconsistent with the server record.
- WhatsApp community membership and browser notifications are optional and are not conditions of redemption.
- Wallet passes and screenshots are convenient copies; the live server record determines redemption eligibility.
